We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Weekend orders will only be processed on the Monday and orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day. A tracking number from the courier will be provided via email the same day your order is collected by the courier. 

 

Delivery

Nationwide Delivery to your door with The Courier Guy

Free Delivery on orders above R650.Below this amount, standard delivery costs R99 to any area within South Africa and take 1-5 working days. The exact timelines depend on your exact location and courier capacity.

 

Parcel Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you immediately. The tracking notification you receive will include a tracking number and link to the tracking website of the courier used. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be live on the courier website. If you have any issues finding your tracking number, feel free to contact us. Undelivered Parcels

It is essential that you ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Should the courier not be able to deliver due to the incorrect address provided or should the courier not be able to reach you at the phone number provided then your parcel might be returned to us after a number of failed delivery attempts - the cost to resend your parcel would be for your account.

Should the courier deliver the parcel to the incorrect address provided, we will not be held responsible should parcels be signed for and collected at the incorrect delivery address provided.
